Entry

Saltfest is a free community festival held in Vines Park, Droitwich Spa (WR9 8LB). There are no tickets or booking fees — visitors can simply turn up and enjoy the weekend. The festival runs from Thursday 3rd to Sunday 6th September 2026, with full days of entertainment, food, activities, and live music.

The Reggulites will be performing on Saturday 5th September at 5.30pm.

The Hosts

Saltfest is organised by a dedicated local team who run multiple community events throughout the year. Their aim is to celebrate Droitwich’s heritage, support local groups, and bring families together for a weekend of music, culture, food, and fun. The festival is supported by local businesses, volunteers, and community organisations across Worcestershire.

The Event

Saltfest is a four‑day town festival featuring:

• Live music across multiple days, including local bands, choirs, dance acts, and headline performances

• Kids’ activities such as funfair rides, bumper boats, glitter face painting, toy stalls, and canal trips

• Food & drink festival with street food, desserts, local produce, craft drinks, and artisan treats

• Craft & arts village showcasing local makers, artists, and independent businesses

• Community showcases including Droitwich History Society, Viking re-enactments, fitness classes, choir performances, and more

• Special themed days including Comedy Night, John Corbett Entrepreneur Day, and the Cycling Carnival Parade

Transport and Parking

Saltfest takes place in Vines Park, which is easy to reach by local transport:

By Train

• Droitwich Spa Station is around a 10‑minute walk along the canal directly to Vines Park. Gate Two is the closest entrance from the station.

By Bus

• Several local bus routes stop at Saltway / Waitrose, just a short walk from the festival. Visitors should check their local bus timetables for exact routes.

By Car

• Parking is available at nearby Wychavon District Council pay‑and‑display car parks, with the closest being Waitrose Car Park opposite Vines Park.

• Festival entrances are located at Vines Lane, Saltway, and B4065.

Access

Saltfest is held across open parkland with multiple entry gates and wide pathways. Basic accessibility notes:

• Step‑free access throughout Vines Park

• Nearby parking suitable for visitors with mobility needs

• Flat walking routes from the train station

• Accessible toilets available within the festival area
